The team at SuperNutrio are proud to be supporting something special in the heart of Birkenhead.
Two Brothers Muay Thai Gym has received £5,000 in funding from SuperNutrio to offer free fitness classes for local families – running twice a week from January through to mid-July.
The initiative opens the door for parents and kids to train together, stay active, and try something new in a supportive, community-focused setting.
“With the ongoing cost of living crisis, it’s harder than ever for families in the region,” says Karl Ryan, Head Coach at Two Brothers. “Thanks to SuperNutrio, we’re able to offer these sessions completely free and give families access to a high-quality, welcoming training space.”
Held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, the beginner-friendly classes focus on fitness, movement, and foundational Muay Thai skills.
“Our goal at SuperNutrio has always been to support healthier lifestyles,” adds Bill Randles, Managing Director. “Partnering with a gym that’s embedded in the local community just made sense.”
