SuperNutrio Great North Run Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is SuperNutrio Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

   • Employees of SuperNutrio, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded.

3. How to Enter

   • To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed at the Great North Run and sign up to the SuperNutrio mailing list via the secret competition webpage.

   • No purchase is necessary to enter.

   • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

   • Competition Ends 23:59pm Tuesday 9th September. Winner will be contacted via email address you entered with. 

4. Competition Period

   • The competition opens on [insert date of event] at 00:01 BST and closes on [insert closing date/time].

   • Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

5. Prize

   • One winner will receive:

     • One month’s supply of SuperNutrio protein milk (quantity as determined by the Promoter).

     • One branded SuperNutrio merchandise bundle.

   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition closing.

   • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on sign-up.

   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

   • By signing up to the mailing list, participants consent to their personal data being used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition and for receiving future marketing communications.

   • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

   • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

8. General

   • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the competition at any time without notice.

   • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
