This is a GAME CHANGER for those who workout and want to hit protein goals with actual food, not the ultra processed weird ‘protein’ puddings, yogurts and shakes that in all honesty taste like crap.

17.5g for 159kcal is like double that of normal milk, and it still tastes exactly like cows milk. I kind of used to avoid eating oats and cereals, and stuck to eggs, cottage cheese and skyr for breakfasts because I struggled to reach my protein goals with oats and cereal; as I even tried trends like purting egg whites in my oats or protein powder, and it was bad. With this I can now switch up my breakfasts. I usually just have plain oats with golden syrup and can get like 25g of protein. Same with Weetabix Protein biscuits.

Only reason I gave a 4 star is because I wish they sold it in bulk!
