Protein Packed French Toast

Our Banana & Blueberry French toast is made with SuperNutrio protein rich whole milk and Jason’s seeded protein sourdough. This delicious recipe packs a massive 40g of protein into one serving.

It’s super easy to make, so get to the supermarket before Sunday to stock up on all the goods because Mums deserve the best, and the best starts with love (and the perfect ingredients!)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a shallow bowl, dunk your sourdough in the mixture until it's well coated.
  2. Add the butter to a heavy bottomed pan over a medium-high heat before adding the sourdough in and cooking until browned on one side, for about 2 minutes.
  3. Before flipping, sprinkle two pinches of sugar on exposed side of bread.
  4. Flip and brown the other side, another 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining bread. Add additional butter to the pan as needed.
  5. Immediately serve warm French toast with sliced bananas, fresh blueberries, and maple syrup.
