Peanut Butter & Jelly Baked Oats

Instructions

  1. Blend your dry ingredients together to make a flour then add your milk and blend again.
  2. Once you have a nice thick batter add around half to an oven proof dish, mash your raspberries and place in the middle (save some for topping your baked oats after baking)
  3. Top with the rest of the batter swirl some raspberries to the top and then bake at 180c for around 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Once cooked, add the rest of your mashed raspberries and a few teaspoons of your favourite nut butter then ENJOY!
