Instructions

  1. Add the milk. Pour 250 ml of cold SuperNutrio milk into a blender or a large shaker bottle.
  2. Mix in the cocoa. Add 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder for a rich chocolate flavour.
  3. Sweeten naturally. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to provide quick-digesting carbs that help replenish energy after exercise.
  4. Add a pinch of salt. Sprinkle in a small pinch of sea salt to replace electrolytes lost through sweat.
  5. Blend or shake. Blend on high speed (or shake vigorously if using a shaker) until smooth and frothy.
