Instructions
- Into a heat proof glass or mug, add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, ginger and soft brown sugar.
- Give it all a really good stir to combine everything.
- Pour the strong dark coffee over the pumpkin mixture and give it another stir to mix. Set it aside until needed.
- Place the SuperNutrio Whole Milk into a saucepan and heat slowly until it’s just below boiling point.
- Pour the hot milk over the pumpkin mixture and give it a good stir.
- Meanwhile, make the froth by adding more milk to the saucepan and heating gently until it comes up to boiling point.
- While the milk is heating, constantly whisk until the top of the milk has a thick layer of foam.
- Spoon the milk foam over the top of the pumpkin latte.
- Shake more cinnamon over the foam and serve hot.
