Instructions
- In a saucepan add the olive oil, onion, garlic and red pepper and cook over a medium heat until soft and fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, oregano, stock and SuperNutrio Whole Milk and mix together well then blend with a hand blender until smooth. Add in the lentils then pour in the SuperNutrio Whole milk and season with salt and pepper to taste then mix together well and cook over a rolling simmer for 15 minutes until the lentils are tender to the bite.
- Serve into two bowls and finish with some fresh basil and chilli flakes and enjoy!
