Instructions
- In a saucepan, add the butter, garlic and pancetta and fry over a medium heat until the pancetta has cooked and the garlic is soft and fragrant.
- Next add the plain flour and mix together well until you form a roux then add in the SuperNutrio Whole Milk, grated cheese, Parmesan, dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste and mix together well until you have a rich and creamy sauce.
- Add the macaroni to the sauce and fold in gently coating all of the pasta in the cheese sauce then serve up into two bowls and top with chopped fresh chives and enjoy!
